Meet the instructor

Keelin O' Dwyer

The creator of this course is Keelin O'Dwyer. She is a psychologist and life coach who over ten years of experience assisting others in igniting their full potential. Having struggled with a chronic pain condition for many years, she (thankfully!) discovered Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which radically improved her quality of life. She is so excited to share some of the tools which have changed her life with you!
She is an accredited member of The Irish Psychological Society of Ireland, an associate member of the Coaching division of The Psychological Society of Ireland, and a professional member of The Association of Contextual Behaviour Science (ACBS).
